Oral History NSW Inc regards privacy as an important part of our relationship with our members and contacts. The following privacy policy applies to all Oral History NSW Inc users, and conforms to Internet privacy standards.

In order to use the Oral History NSW Inc website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.

All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email.

Any information collected by Oral History NSW Inc is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website.

Oral History NSW Inc uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. Delivery Policy

Physical goods

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 4 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Seminars and Workshops

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

A receipt will subsequently be emailed to you by Oral History NSW, usually on the same day or the following business day.

Refund and Returns Policy

If you are unable to attend a seminar or workshop for which you have booked, we will offer you 90% refund if you notify us of your cancellation 7 days or more before the event. No refund will be offered for cancellation less than 7 days before the event.

For physical products such as Oral History Handbook, a refund will be offered only if the item arrives in poor condition or is damaged in transit. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products

must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via 'Registered Post' or 'Signature On Delivery' and that you pre pay all postage.

You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Oral History NSW Inc will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
